Producteur reconnu dans la musique électronique pour sa techno sombre et menaçante, auteur de remixes dévastateurs, il sort un premier album en 2013 qu’il perçoit comme la bande annonce d’un film à tourner. En effet, Gesaffelstein attache autant d’importance à l’image qu’à la musique. Habitué aux collaborations prestigieuses (Kanye West, Daft Punk, etc.), il est aussi sollicité par de nombreux réalisateurs, sensibles à son rapport particulier à l’image. En 2015, il compose sa première BO avec la musique du film Maryland.

A famous electronic producer known for his dark and aggressive techno, the man behind some of the most devastating remixes released his first album in 2013, already conceived as the trailer of a film yet to shoot. Indeed, for Gesaffelstein images are as important as music. Accustomed to prestigious collaborations (Kanye West, Daft Punk, etc.), he’s also frequently in demand from a lot of directors, who seek his one of a kind relationship to images. In 2015, he composed his first OST for the movie Maryland.
